JOB REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Medical Office Assistant or minimum of one-year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills required.
Excellent telephone etiquette required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong computer and typing skills.
Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
This position requires the ability to interact positively, constructively, and effectively with staff, patients, and other departments.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Preferred.
